The present Traditional Ruler of Ihiagwa is Eze Muruako. The Market in Ihiagwa is called 'Nkwo Ukwu'. The surrounding Towns/Villages to Ihiagwa are Nekede, Obinze, Naze and Obibiezena. Otamiri River passes through the Town.
