'Uthimoodu' is a beautiful village in the Pathanamthitta District of Kerela, in India.
About Uthimoodu
Uthimoodu is located on The Main Eastern Highway (Punalur-Pathanamthitta-Muvattupuzha Road/SH-08).
It is on the route from Ranni to Pathanamthitta about 6 km from Ranni and 8 km from Pathanamthitta. The place is centrally located between Pathanamthitta and Ranni, with good connectivity by Road. The nearest railway station is Chengannur, which is around 30 kms from this place. Nearest Airport is Trivandurm(106 km) and Cochin(130 kms). Kottamala Shiv Teample is just 3 km from Uthimoodu junction. Other main religious places are Marthoma Church, Olivumala Convention Center and SNDP Mandir.
