Rachael MacFarlane (born May 30, 1970) is an American voice actress and sister of Seth MacFarlane, born in Kent, Connecticut. She is best known as Mindy and Eris, the Goddess of Discord and Chaos, on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Hayley Smith in American Dad, and various characters on Family Guy.
She also wrote an episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, titled "Educating Grim".
