Thamsanqa Mahlangu is the Zimbabwe Deputy Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment.[1] He is the Member of House of Assembly for Nkulumane (MDC-T).
He is also the Chairman of the MDC-T Youth wing. On 21 June 2009, he addressed Youths who gathered at Emakhandeni Hall For the JUNE 16 SOWETO UPRISING. He gave a key note address and pledged to take the issue of funding of families of youths who died due to their activism such as Mthokozisi Ncube to the National Council.
