This operation was initiated by the URC (United Rappers Coalition)in cooperation with the TASF (Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation).

It's main mission was to revive the dead rapper Tupac Shakur.

Not many things are known about this mission, only that it was not executed as planned.
This is because the Eastsiders interfered too much, they were afraid of the long lost legend.

Operation Tupac is the designation of the three part action plan for the liberation of Kashmir, initiated by President Zia Ul Haq in 1988 after the failure of "Operation Gibraltar". The designation is derived from Tupac Amaru II, the 18th century prince who led the war of liberation in Peru against the Spanish rule.

The Operation was a major disaster for Pakistan[citation needed] which lost several soldiers in the hands of the Indian Army.
