John Register, also known as John "Cash" Register, (1936 – 1996) American runner. He ran a 60-yard dash in approximately 6 seconds. He now goes to high schools and presents his stories of inspiration. His most recent presenation was at Bergen County Academies in Hackensack, New Jersey.
