Joy Air is a new Chinese airline launched jointly by China Eastern Airlines and AVIC I on March 29th 2008 [1] based at Xi'an.
History
The airline began flying on June 1 2009 with a fleet of 3 MA-60 turboprops. The airline will begin focusing on the northwestern part of china.
