Your edit to Compulsory figures
Welcome to Wikipedia! We encourage everyone to contribute, however, when adding a lot of information to pages, such as you did to Compulsory figures, please cite sources. That way, we can verify the information. Kolindigo 22:48, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
ISI-specific figures
The references to "Paragraph Bracket Loop" and "The Flower" (there is also an ISI-only figure called "Loops to the Outside; if memory serves correctly, it has 2 loop-sized lobes on either end of a full-sized central lobe, with the loops in the outer lobes skated inside-out, i.e., the loops are outside the lobes instead of inside) are quoted (from memory) from print source, an early-1990s edition of the Ice Skating Institute of America Test Standards (now called the ISI Skaters & Coaches Handbook). The references to "creative figures" are similarly quoted from memory (there are actually both "Creative Figure" and "Free Figure" events, differing in emphasis) from various articles and columns introducing the events in Recreational Ice Skating, the official ISI magazine.
According to the ISI web site, all of this information can be found in the current edition of the Skaters & Coaches Handbook.
The reference to patch boundaries being marked on dasher boards comes from having spent nearly a decade working part-time in an ice rink.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Cafeteria (structure), is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You know that IP who vandalised the Queen Narissa article? He's doing it again under another IP address. I think that counts as sockpuppetry. I don't suppose you know anyone who could block him? --Jupiter Optimus Maximus (talk) 12:31, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yes I agree. Might I recommend you register an account? --Jupiter Optimus Maximus (talk) 23:46, 18 July 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Oddcast has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. I removed your comment to this article. It was very speculative in nature and was not properly sourced. Information like this can be included in an article, and in fact this particular article needs more criticism added to it, but it has to be sourced to a reliable third-party publication. Please see WP:V for information on the requirement to cite sources. - Ahunt (talk) 17:26, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
