Oz Kilim is upcoming chef from North London born 1995. Oz Kilim

Oz Kilim is upcoming chef from North London born 1995. He was cooking a English Breakfast at the age of six.
He is in the process of creating his first cookbook containing some of his signature dishes. They include, Quails Egg and Truffle Salad, Roast and Slow Roast Lamb, as well as Rhubarb and Custard. [ He works on intricate dishes with delicacy. He was inspired by Heston Blumental to create dishes that appear different to that of which they taste and therefore surprise.
