In 2007, Spencer Smith was given a demo from [[The Cab]] at a [[Cobra Starship]]/[[Boys Like Girls]]/[[Cartel]] show. Spencer James Smith V (born September 2, 1987) is the drummer for Panic! at the Disco. He is the only founding and youngest member in the band.


Early Life

Spencer Smith was born and raised in Summerlin, Nevada. He has two sisters, Crystal and Jackie. He met Ryan Ross at their Catholic high school. When Smith got a drum set for Christmas and Ross a guitar, the two started covering Blink 182 songs together, which lead to them forming a band called "Pet Salamander".
