"Special Needs" is a single by alternative rock band Placebo. Taken from their fourth album Sleeping with Ghosts, it reached number 27 in the UK Singles Chart.
The video is filmed in an empty swimming pool, and includes a boy and a girl in separate changing rooms making love to thin air.
The song was used in a television advertisement for the Israeli clothing company Fox.
