Dudley Perkins (rapper)

Dudley Perkins is a rapper and singer who was previously signed to Stones Throw Records. He was born and raised in Oxnard, California. He also records under the name Declaime, and has an upcoming album on Ramp Recordings featuring production from Flying Lotus, Georgia Anne Muldrow and Oh No.

His first two albums under the name of Dudley Perkins, A Lil' Light and Expressions (2012 A.U.), are produced entirely by Madlib.

He is in a close friendship with fellow label artist Georgia Anne Muldrow, and released a collaborative album with her as G&D in 2007, on independent Look Records. He has just finished work on another project with Georgia Anne Muldrow as Ms. One called SomeOthaShip: Connect Game, due out in early 2008 from Mello Music Group.
