History
Eldorado Resorts
In July 2005, Eldorado Resorts LLC announced the acquisition of the Hollywood Resort Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana, which has been re-branded as the Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport. Eldorado Resorts has a minority 51/49 percent partnership with MGM Mirage in the Silver Legacy.
