Template:Sandbox heading is permanently protected from editing because it is a heavily used or highly visible template. Substantial changes should first be proposed and discussed here on this page. If the proposal is uncontroversial or has been discussed and is supported by consensus, editors may use {{edit protected}} to notify an administrator to make the requested edit. Usually, any contributor may edit the template's documentation to add usage notes or categories.

Any contributor may edit the template's sandbox. Functionality of the template can be checked using test cases.

Template updating instructions: When updating this template, the following other templates need to be updated:

Purge

I think a Purge link would be helpful on the sandbox heading.

Trivial edits

Please replace the <br> before the reset link with <br />. And I think it would look neater if the link was surrounded with span tags of the plainlinks class as in: <span class="plainlinks">[http://www.cs.ucr.edu/~jylee/cgi-bin/sandbot/{{NAMESPACE}}/{{PAGENAMEE}}.cgi Click here to reset the sandbox.]</span>

add Template:Template_Sandbox to list of sandbox templates

Looks like somebody forgot to edit the other sandbox heading templates when updating the template sandbox heading template. Only the template sandbox heading template lists Template:Template sandbox as a template sandbox along with the X# template sandboxes.

Need to update link for creating a user subpage

No more dotted borders!

I never liked dotted borders. Many people says the same thing. Please, change the dotted borders to normal ones. A notification^[1] is above the edit window where I wrote this message. That uses normal borders.
