Tommy Carroll (b. 18 August, 1942 in Dublin) is a former Irish international footballer.

Starting out for Cambridge City, he moved to Ipswich Town in 1966 and played for the club at right full back for six seasons, before moving to Birmingham City.

He represented his country 17 times.
