Emmett Dunne (born 11 June 1956) is a former Australian rules football player who played in the Victorian Football League (VFL) between 1976 and 1983 for the Richmond Football Club and then from 1984 until 1985 for the Footscray Football Club. On 22 August 2009, Dunne was promoted to assistant commissioner for the north/west region of Victoria Police. He is a member of the AFL Tribunal.
