Altaria (Chirutarisu) is a Dragon/Flying type Pokémon, available in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. It vaguely resembles an aquatic waterfowl of some sort, most likely a goose. It can be evolved from Swablu (Chirutto) or caught in the fifth floor of Sky Pillar.
Winona, the leader of Fortree Gym, uses a Level 33 female Altaria that knows the moves Aerial Ace, Dragonbreath, Dragon Dance, and Earthquake.
