HD 73389, also known as e² Carinae (e² Car), is a binary star in the constellation Carina. It is approximately 230 light years from Earth.

The primary component, e² Carinae A, is an orange K-type giant with an apparent magnitude of +4.84. The companion star, e² Carinae B, is an eighth magnitude star located 0.29 arcseconds, or at least 20 AU from the primary.
