: As with any encyclopaedic article, the information has to be verifiable – although there's a danger that information collected from several websites may have simply been copied from another one. Also, the information should be relevant. For example it may be true that Shiri likes to play backgammon but the chances are that she won't after a few years – and does it really tell you anything useful about her? On the other hand, the scar is a distinguishing mark and is clearly visible in many photographs and videos – making her easier to identify. I didn't add the Jewish reference, so I cannot comment on the logic behind it. But then I don't own this article – no-one does, and you are welcome to contribute.   — Lee J Haywood 19:05, 10 May 2005 (UTC)

Appropriateness of the Quotes subsection..
As much as I hate criticizing someone's labor of love, and appreciate the time they've spent on it.. doesn't this section - basically some trivial celebrity quotes - fall below some threshold of importance? (This does not apply specifically to Ms. Appleby, or this article).

It also seems extremely odd to have a 3rd party quote from someone other than the article's subject in this section. Unmake (talk) 10:46, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

Personal Life

what's happening with this section? Please don't write informations without any source and don't delete her other dates. The section is about her personal life it isn't about Shiri and Zach relationship only and their real time development. --*Josephine85* (talk) 14:43, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Music Video

Was Shiri the girl in the Gavin DeGraw music video "I Don't Want to Be"? -- Riffsyphon1024 04:16, Apr 11, 2005 (UTC)

Yes, she was. Lots of web sites have references to it and there are screen captures available (e.g. at shiriapplebyfan.com [1]). I've managed to track down and watch the video today – her scar is particularly visible. Updated the article, thanks.   — Lee J Haywood 09:03, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Yeah that's her. Pretty cute, huh? JackSprat10 September 13, 2007

Isn't her being Jewish sort of superfluous? --jenlight 06:34, May 10, 2005 (UTC)

oops, forget it. It looks like you were going for that. A scar on her face? How do you decide what information to put and what to leave out? --jenlight 06:36, May 10, 2005 (UTC)

As with any encyclopaedic article, the information has to be verifiable – although there's a danger that information collected from several websites may have simply been copied from another one. — Lee J Haywood 19:05, 10 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
