Blowback
I have noticed you are attempting to discuss a content dispute with Nukes4Tots and he has ignored your attempts at discussion. It is my advice that he will never listen to anything you say, as he is extremely stubborn. I would suggest you take your concerns to WP:GUNS and try starting a discussion on the talk page for the project. This appears to be an article by the author of the book you are citing, if that would help. I am not familiar with the specific mechanics of API blowback so I cannot comment on the accuracy of your edits. Some guy (talk) 22:28, 7 July 2009 (UTC)

::Thanks for the advice. However, as WP:GUNS seems to have a focus on civilian firearms, which usually do not extend to automatic cannon, I've taken it to the talk page of WP:WEAPON instead. It's not just the description of the mechanism that needs improvement, but the coverage of the entire family of guns... An exciting opportunity to get involved!

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 03:25, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Contest scoring change

I've realized there may be an issue with the scoring system, and I have a solution, which I've explained here. Feedback is requested. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 23:56, 5 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
