The article is informative but I was confused by your title. I think it has to do with the whole "User Page". I like the way the article is structured. It would be nice if there were a few more pictures. Also you might want to think about making the intro paragraph a little longer, for example taking some of the history and adding to it. I am also confused about the name of the article saying user talk.
