The 360s decade ran from January 1, 360 to December 31, 369.

- — A huge earthquake destroys many buildings as well as the main water system of the city of Petra in the province of Arabia Petraea.

- — An earthquake followed by a tsunami devastates Crete, Cyrenaica and Alexandria and affects Italy, Greece and Palestine (see 365 Crete earthquake).
- — Procopius bribes two legions passing by Constantinople and proclaims himself Roman emperor, taking control of Thrace and Bithynia.
- — Emperor Valens exiles Athanasius from Alexandria.

- — Due to the earthquake of the year before, that led to the almost destruction of the city of Cyrene, the Cyrenaica province gets its capital transferred to Ptolemais.
