O'Brian Woodbine (born January 11, 1988) is a Jamaican soccer player who currently plays for Charleston Battery in the USL First Division.
Career
High School
Woodbine played for Frome Technical High School in Jamaica, where he won the DaCosta Cup.
Club
Woodbine started his club career at Reno F.C. in Jamaica, under the tutelage of former Jamaican national team player and coach, Wendell Downswell, where he played for all the youth and senior national teams. After a successful trial in early 2009, Woodbine joined the USL First Division side Charleston Battery on March 18, 2009, having played previously for Reno in the Jamaican National Premier League.[1]
International
Woodbine is a member of the Jamaica national football team. He made his debut for the Reggae Boyz on March 26, 2008, in a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago[2], and played in Jamaica's qualifying games for the 2010 FIFA World Cup against the Bahamas[3], Canada[4] and Honduras[5].
