2009–10 Cypriot Cup

The 2009–10 Cypriot Cup will start on September 23, 2009. Only teams from the first and second division will participate (28 teams total). Teams from the lower divisions (third and fourth) will compete in a separate cup competition. The Cypriot cup will be completed in 5 rounds. All rounds were two-legged except the final.

First round

The draw for the first round took place on September 1, 2009 in the Hilton Park hotel in Nicosia. The first legs will be played on September 23 and 30, 2009. The second legs will be played on October 21 and 28, 2009.

Teams that qualified for last year's semifinals will enter in this round, along with the 12 winners of the previous round. The following teams will enter this round:
