Shouldn't LD50 be replaced by TD50?
The Therapeutic Index is the quotient of the Toxic Dose and the Effective Dose, not the Lethal Dose.

History

Does anyone have anything to add regarding the history of this phrase, when it was coined and when its use became common in the literature? Or are there any references I should look u to find this information out myself? Turkeyphant 16:05, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
