Cinema

Cinema were a short-lived band started in 1983 by ex-Yes members Alan White and Chris Squire, with South African guitarist Trevor Rabin. They had plans to release their debut album in 1983 and were working on a number of songs, most written by Rabin.

Eventually, these musicians were joined by Tony Kaye and Jon Anderson , both founding members of the then-disbanded Yes. They started recording the album 90125, but soon after this the band dropped the name "Cinema" and renamed itself "Yes".

As a tribute an instrumental song from the album 90125 was titled "Cinema".
