Miroslav Soukup (born 13 November 1965 in Prachatice, Czechoslovakia) is a former football player and later a football manager. He is currently the manager of the Egypt national under-20 football team. He was one of the managers leading succesfull Czech Republic national under-20 football team, runners-up at the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup held in Canada and was also manager of bronze medal Czech Republic national under-19 football team at the 2006 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.
