Brian M. Kibler (born 7 September 1980) is an American professional card player and card game designer currently working on the Chaotic TCG. He has had moderate success at Magic the Gathering with three Pro Tour Top 8s, winning Pro Tour Austin in 2009.[4] He also has 8 Grand Prix Top 8s, winning two of them. He took several years off of Magic, leaving in 2004 and to return in 2009 and reach two of his three Pro Tour Top 8s. Outisde of Magic the Gathering, he was the first player to win on the VS System Pro Circuit.

Kibler was lead designer of the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game.[5]
