- (edit conflict):You can create a WikiProject page the same way you create any page on Wikipedia. Search for the name you want, such as Wikipedia:WikiProject Topic (after replacing Topic with the name of the topic for the WikiProject), and if the page doesn't exist, click on the red link at the top to create it. Before you create it, it is suggested that you read the guide to running a WikiProject at Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Guide and propose the WikiProject at Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals.
