History
Opening in 1967, Greater Atlanta Christian School was started by Jesse Long and had only 149 students on a two-lane rural road Gwinnett County, Georgia, now known as Indian Trail. At first, buildings were scarce and students were few. As of 2008, the school has over 1950 students, and 55 acres (340,000,000 in2) of facilities and green space that reflect a college university campus rather than a K-12 school. Students arrive from over twelve counties to attend this coeducational college preparatory Christian school.
