Michael A. Kostiuk (born on August 1, 1919) is a former National Football League offensive lineman. He was born in Krydor, Saskatchewan, Canada.

He grew up in Hamtramck, Michigan, an enclave of Polish immigrants in the Detroit area, and attended Wayne State University on a football scholarship. He played a total of 7 National Football League games with the Detroit Lions and 2 All-America Football Conference games with the Buffalo Bisons.
