Augusta Preparatory Day School (APDS) is a non-sectarian private school in Martinez(just outside of Augusta), Georgia. It accepts students from Preschool through Twelfth Grade.
APDS
Augusta Preparatory School began with thirty-eight students on September 5, 1961 in grades 7-12. Augusta Country Day School was founded in 1972, and accepted students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Augusta Preparatory Day School was formed in 1988, when Augusta Country Day School and Augusta Preparatory School merged.[1]
Today, APDS is divided into three schools. Lower school houses grades Preschool to 4, and is separated from the rest of the campus. Middle school has grades 5 to 8, and upper school has grades 9 through 12.
