I would like to perform major edits on this page to include references and direct the discussion to topics central to the ecology, fishery biology and research model nature of this animal. Racameron (talk) 19:47, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think that would be great. Getting the middle paragraph to make better sense would be good too. The urchin is described as an "important fishery", which doesn't make sense as far as I can tell. Neptunerover (talk) 01:51, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
