Rob Balder is a musician and webcomic author. In 2001, he started PartiallyClips, a political clip art webcomic featured in the Anchorage Press, Cleveland Free Times, Concord Mirror, East Bay Express, Houston Press, Manchester Mirror, Metroland, Nth Degree, Salem Observer, and the Other Paper [1]. His other words include Erfworld and the FuMP, or "Funny Music Project".

Balder, along with Tom Smith won the 2007 Pegasus Award for Best Filk Song, for the song "Rich Fantasy Lives"; they were nominated the previous year for the same award. [1]
