I added a definition to explain that Land Mobile Radio System is a term rather than the name of a DoD system. The Dod system referred to in the rest of the article may be called Land Mobile Radio System (I doubt it though). LMRS in the telecom industry really is more of a generic term to describe a type of radio system. I think everything after the defintion could be dropped.
