Tosh.0 (pronounced "Tosh point oh") is a television series hosted by comedian Daniel Tosh, who provides sarcastic and biting commentary on the various clips.
History
Tosh.0 premiered on Comedy Central on June 4, 2009 starring comedian Daniel Tosh. It focuses on internet viral video in the style of The Soup.[1] The first season proved a surprise hit, averaging over a million viewers per episode and ranking as second most watched cable show amongst 18-34 year old males, a sought after advertising demographic.[2]
The show was originally only scheduled for 10 episodes, but as its popularity increased, Comedy Central extended the first season.[3]
