The Holland Series, the Dutch version of the World Series, is a best-of-five baseball series to settle the championship of the Honkbal Hoofdklasse. It has been played every year in late September through early October since 1987. The top four teams of the Honkbal Hoofdklasse qualify for the playoffs, with the first-round winners qualifying for the Holland Series.
