The Michigan Theological Seminary is a Christian seminary, located in Plymouth, Michigan.
History
The seminary was founded by the Michigan Theological Society in 1994 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The seminary moved to Plymouth in 1996. The seminary’s first class graduated in December 1996. The seminary was accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools in 2003 and the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada in 2007.
The seminary offers the following degrees: Master of Divinity; Master of Theological Studies; Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology; and Master of Arts in Christian Education. The seminary also offers a one-year Graduate Certificate in Bible program designed for lay-leaders.
