Aljazeera.com is a London-based Middle East website owned by Aljazeera Publishing. It should not be confused with its namesake the Qatar-based satellite channel, Al Jazeera.

In contrast to Aljazeera TV, Aljazeera.com publishes articles that are anti-Western and supportive of Islamism. It describes itself as follows:

Aljazeera Publishing is an independent media organisation established for more than 12 years delivering news and analysis to readers all over the world. Aljazeera.com has a particular focus on events and issues in the Middle East covering major developments presenting facts as they happen.

Aljazeera.com - which also has a print edition - claims to present the facts. However, articles are mostly op-ed with many describing the Holocaust as a myth. One article (entitled The Neocons and Holocaust II) contains the following:

"A lot of Jewish people are still obsessed by the Holocaust myth and the specter of the return of violent anti-Semitism."

While the site allows comments these are subject to approval and possible editing.

The site is registered to Island Publishing, London. The contact address currently given on its 'about' page, and in its domain whois, is: [1]
