  - If there's nothing else to use (and I'm not agreeing with the specific claim), then you don't have an argument for deletion, because "living" is an essential element of the policy you're citing. Ophelia Bretnacher is the issue of a genuine debate on the rights of European citizens.

The problem is that although there is a cooperation agreement between the 2 European countries France and Hungary (Treaty of Lisbon), the agreement did, in the case of both the executive and the judiciary, not been observed for these two European countries, regarding the investigation of 2 fonts Hungarian and French, and also in judicial cooperation, for transmissions of autopsy findings in violation of new European laws. Only the High Court of Justice may decide that case.

This is only the beginning.

PS Law enforcement for investigation into the death of Ophelia Bretnacher is a state affair and real diplomatic problem between these 2 countries. Ophelia Bretnacher is on the blog of the French President of the Republic.

Ophélie Bretnacher is a French student who disapeared in Budapest on December 4th 2008 around 3AM. She was part of the Erasmus exchange European program.

Coming out from the "Portside of Cuba", a night club, she was tracked by the city video cameras part of her way up to Roosevelt Ter Plaza. Around Deak Ter, she seemed increasing her walking pace and changing her itinerary after encounting a taxi and a pedestrian.

On Lanchid Bridge, some Italian students found her handbag and cellular phone around 3:30 AM.

Then, in oder to localise her, a drastic action was developed by a her friends and family on Facebook.^[1].

An official claim is opened in Hungria, and it took over a month for her family to make her disapearing a reality. The family pressed charges on December 2008 in Hungria, then in France asking more collaboration between the two countries.

From December 12, 2008, an on-line affidavit which was signed by over 10,000 people was sent to the French President.^[2].

Her body was discovered in Csepel, by a water treatment plant near the Danube. She probably drowned. The police said that the forensic medical reported that {{citation}}: Empty citation (help).^[3]^[4].

However, homicide cannot be ruled out^[5]. , because of the finding of an hematoma on Ophelie's body as well as many gray areas during the search.^[6].

Ophélie was an athlete involved in swimming competitions. She practiced synchronised swimming, ran Reims semi-marathon in 1 hr 58 mns in 2007, and was getting trained for the marathon. Over a year following her disapearance, on October 18, 2009, at the "Reims à toutes jambes" competition, ^[7]. Her friends saluted her to single out many omissions during her search while having their questions unanswered. ^[8]

A document for T.V. was developped but never broadcast.

To date, no findings ^[9] have been sent by Hungria such as the forensic analysis like diatoms and the Danube search report.

Ophélie disappeared in Budapest has about the same time that Eva Rhodes, the model muse of John Lennon and Yoko Ono^[10] .
