Sama (Bable: Sama de Llangréu) is the second largest parish in the municipality of Langreo, Asturias, in the north of Spain, with 12,000 inhabitants. It is one of the largest town in Asturias, after Gijón, Oviedo, Avilés, Mieres and La Felguera.
