USS Triton has been the name of more than one United States Navy ship, and may refer to:
- USS Triton (YT-10), a tug in commission from 1889 to 1930
- USS Triton (SS-201), a submarine commissioned in 1940 and sunk in 1943
- USS Triton (SSRN-586), later SSN-586, a submarine in commission from 1959 to 1969
