Tryin' To Start Out Clean was the debut album released by Canadian singer-songwriter Willie P. Bennett and was released as an LP album in 1975. It contains one of his best-known songs, "Music In Your Eyes", which was covered by Canadian folk icon Stan Rogers, amongst others.
It was released in remastered form on compact disc in 2001 by Vancouver-based Festival Records. In 2003 it was re-released in a limited edition by Japanese label Seymour, in an LP-style Slipcase.
