Randall W. Fullmer is an American special effects animator and film producer. Fullmer was head of special effects on Disney's The Rescuers Down Under, Beauty and the Beast, and The Lion King, and later went on to produce The Emperor's New Groove and Chicken Little, and a co-producer of animated films based on Disney attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean with James Pentecost, and Phantom Manor with Thomas Schumacher. He studied animation at the California Institute of the Arts. He grew up in Richland, Washington, where he played guitar in the band the Isle of Phyve.
Chuck Oberleitner reported that at o-meon that director Mark Dindal and producer Randy Fullmer have decided to depart Walt Disney Feature Animation after wrapping up work on Chicken Little, culminating with its recent DVD release. The article makes clear that their decision was made prior to the forging of the Disney/Pixar deal in January.
