The Henderson Fire Department (HFD) is the agency that provides fire protection and emergency medical services for the city of Henderson, Nevada, the second largest city in Nevada. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services and the Commission on Fire Accreditation International.
As a department they respond mostly to structure fires.[2][3][4][5] HFD is one of the component agencies of Urban Search and Rescue Nevada Task Force 1.[6]
