Singil Station (pronounced Sin-gil) is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 1 and Line 5.
This station is somewhat notorious for its poor transfer between the platforms on Lines 1 and 5, having one of the longest transfer distances in the Seoul Metropolitan Subway system. The Line 1 station is also the first aboveground station in South Korea to have operating platform screen doors.
