HMS Basilisk (H11) was a B-class destroyer of the British Royal Navy that saw service during the Second World War.[2] She was sunk off the coast of Dunkirk during Operation Dynamo by German Stuka dive bombers while participating in the evacuation of the British Expeditionary Force from France. [3]
