"O Let's Do It" is the debut single of Waka Flocka Flame, who is currently signed to Gucci Mane's record label So Icey Entertainment. It features Lil' Capp.

The official remix features Diddy, [Rick Ross]], & Gucci Mane.

Many rappers have recorded verses over the instrumental, such as Lil Wayne for his mixtape No Ceilings, Ludacris on The Conjure Mixtape: A Hustler's Spirit, and Fabolous on There Is No Competition 2 (The Funeral Service).

The video premiered on BET. It is filmed in black and white. Video shows him performing the song to a crowd of people. There are cameos by Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, Bobby Valentino,1017 Brick Squad artists OJ da Juiceman, Frenchie, Wooh Da Kid and others.

On the week ending February 27, 2010, "O Let's Do It" debuted at #95 on the Billboard Hot 100. The following week it rose eleven spots to #84.
