The Myllysilta bridge (the Mill Bridge) crosses the River Aurajoki in the middle of Turku, Finland. The bridge was built in 1975 and is 93 metres (305 ft) long and 20 metres (66 ft) wide. The bridge connects Turku's IV district to the VII district, and contains three westbound lanes and sidewalks on both sides. The brige is a one-way-route from east to west, an opposite kind to Martinsilta, which is now considered to be a two-way route, again.

On 6 March 2010 the bridge was closed due to structural failures of both piers.[1][2][3] The City of Turku has reported that the bridge will possibly remain closed for a year so it can be repaired.[3]
