I'm more than sure that Christina Aguilera never recorded a version of this song. I thought it was just someone who just sang it from her point of view. Beanochris 19:22, 21 September 2005 (UTC)

* There are several versions of "Won't The Real Slim Shady Please Shut Up", with similar (but not identical) lyrics. Typing "Won't the real Slim Shady please shut up" into google gives numerous hits to a version supposedly recorded by Aguilera--For example, see . It didn't appear on any of her albums, AFICT. Another version (which might be the original) was written by Cledus T. Judd, with lyrics at

It seemed to me, especially after watching the video, that Em's intention was not to support gay marriage... 207.189.98.44 01:25, 17 Jan 2004 (UTC)

The section on his stance on gay marriage and homophobia is not NPOV, but will be editted shortly. --Lazarias 20:38, 11 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I personally agree that the last line:
Since Eminem displays a total lack of support for Green's relations with the moose ('Sometimes, I wanna get on TV and just let loose, but can't/but it's cool for Tom Green to hump a dead moose'), his sarcasm was extended to gay marriages.
is an opinion and does not reflect NPOV. Checking the history, it appears that an NPOV boilerplate was put up just for this reason, and then removed by another user without explanation. For the sake of trying to prevent an edit war, I am reinstating the NPOV boilerplate together with a DoubleDisputed message. --Aeki 05:42, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Is it really necessary to put the lyrics to the song here, especially run-on the way it is now? P 13:03, 18 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
